HELLO HACKERS... IS THIS PRIDE TO NATION?

I ndia Unknowingly getting involved in Cyber war? Last week DDOS attack were carried out on- many Websites of TUNISIA and ZIMBABWE government. Many attackers were involved from India and other countries too. Loads of traffic was flooding from India - on many of the Egyptian government sites ( as per Internet storm center audit).
THE QUESTION IS INDIAN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE AWARE OF IT?
Any prevention system is maintained from our ISP end? Hackers around the globe are bombarding official websites in Egypt with a DDOS ATTACK, by the use of tools like Low Orbit Ion Cannon (LOIC) and bot sites - may make it easy to use your PC for a denial-of-service attack. Were as many users were visiting DDOS bot site.. And it was triggering an attack from there system to government sites of Egypt where as the same traffic flood was redirected to government network of United States. This message is to inform 'Users' in India not to involve or visit any sites which will trigger a Dos Attack. We request ISP's to monitor the (BOT) sites and traffic flowing from India.

Now the question is that, who are those Indian Hackers involved in this attack? Can Indian Government reach to them? Why these Hackers took part in attacking Egypt?
Don’t you think by doing this, we are indirectly dragging our country in cyber war? “Once DDOS is launched no one can stop" Read in detail how hackers bring online trouble to our country with their unwanted involvements and activities in “ Cat techie” .

Stringent Cyber Law– need of the hour

I ndia is far behind in terms of technology to understand SPAM, which takes over the personal security for ride without anyone being aware of it. Is there any spam law in India? Indian government is yet to give its answer for this. Everyday, every hour we see unwanted messages buzzing on our mobile without any sense. It is high time that developing country like ours have a legislation regarding unsolicited commercial SMSes that pops up leaving people irritated. Few service providers claim that if anyone makes a compliant to them, only then they can control these kinds of issues within forty five days. But, in reality this rarely happens. These kind of This SMSes over mobile communications are nothing but ads, news, rumors and promotion = SPAM. Nowadays even in the name of friendship club prostitution and flesh trading is done over SMS. These SMSes are never sent by any service provider but from some third party. These vendors hold huge number of database with mobile numbers of customers which they pass/sell for ads, promotion for few amounts of rupees. It is advised to be alert because, generally in shopping malls, people are given forms to fill in the name of any lucky draws. These people are generally found chasing the customers entering the mall. In some cases, people are even cheated in the name of voting via SMS. Getting greedy over all unwanted schemes and discounts, we land up in mess disclosing all our personal details to these spammers. Is this ever observed by any Cyber Bureau of India? Definitely yes since they too have cell phones and email ids and these spammers doesn’t spare anyone. When they are aware of these spams happening then why don’t they take any action? Is it really difficult to crack such syndicates?
The another kind of spam we all entertaining are “TD-sell 1.own property @2000pm in **** city near developed housing and resorts. “ Details contact - +91 900776 *****, you own so and so club holiday package, or won a lottery “BL- GIFT 2. Congrats you won a brand new fast track watch from smart platinum. In order to get – claim, delivery charges 755/- Rs contact: #+91 98345 ***** . TA-TKR 3. Tomorrow there will be holiday to school, colleges n gov office due to protest over some issue. These kinds of messages are broadcast to lakhs of user at a time. What if rumor, threat or abusive messages are been broadcasted? Can we get lakhs of customers’ mobile numbers in 5000 Bucks? Do we really have any Privacy act / law? This never happen in other countries – the reason is that they have strict spam law and if someone violates the law, the spammers are cracked over night. Why India lack in cyber security? The reason is that we have failed to sense these kinds of next generation threat.
First Mumbai police cyber cell website was hacked, and then vulnerabilities in traffic and highways police websites were found. Inspite of informing them about the loopholes, the issues are not been fixed yet. Pak Cyber Army already declared that they have rooted into maximum government websites, CBI was recently hacked and our expertise was exposed in front of the world. Now mumbaicustom.gov.in is on the hit list of them. The Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) continues to be a source of worry for security agencies as intelligence inputs suggest that the premier nuclear facility and its staff housing area are on the hit-list of Pakistan-based terror groups. Extra-vigilant security officials are having a tough time in manning the "Anu Shakti Nagar", the residential complex housing nearly 10,000 people adjacent to the facility, battling BARC authorities for regulating campus' entry and exit, official’s privy to the arrangements said. Recently, two labourers from Kashmir were detained by security personnel manning the complex and released only after their background check was done."BARC has been constant sources of worry for us. Lashker-e-Taiba's American terrorist David Headley had carried out a survey of the location which has made us extra-vigilant," said one of the security officials.Intelligence inputs from various agencies indicate that BARC continues to be one of the favourite targets of LeT whereas other terror groups including the Jaish-e-Mohammed could also make attempts to attack it.
Last month on 31st Jan, Punjab Sind bank was hacked but bank authorities were not even aware of this. Gulshan Rai from CERT informed them every thing well in advance but nothing was done. 90 percent of government websites are on the hit list of Pakistan hackers but Indian government is yet to wake up.
There are many so called ethical hacking classes mushrooming in India, the so called brands of these organizations cater hackers to create threat in common man’s life so that they send one of the ward to learn this baseless ethical hacking. They are using hackers for their business promotions. If someone disagrees to this, then my question is that if these institutions are producing hundreds of hackers a month, then why do we lack securities?
Don’t take Hacking as hobby or craze. As said by NASSCOM there was a shortfall of 35,000 to 45,000 cyber security professionals in India in the year 2010, but its 2011 and still this gap is not filled. It estimates that the demand for Cyber security Professionals, at that time, would be around 90,000 in India. This figure is estimated to touch about 2, 00,000 worldwide. The industry estimates much higher demand in the local as well as overseas market with more and more attacks on systems worldwide. While in college if you had successfully hacked your way into your friends orkut account, edited it and had fun, and were even involved in hacking your college website and adding your ideas to your dean’s thoughts then you may be a budding hacker. And let us inform you that Hacking is illegal! But what if you get paid for what you are good at and still be considered within the law. Surprising but yes, you can be an Ethical Hacker. It is quiet natural to hear from people in the IT field that, what we know today will become of no use tomorrow. With so many changes happening in the IT world this is very common. People are looking towards amassing more knowledge as with recession, companies are willing to hire only those people who are competent enough and also have the skills that can be useful for the company. One area which is still in a lot of demand is that of mainframes. But too many people don’t opt for a career in mainframes. This is because most people love concentrating on the programming side rather than venturing into such fields. One main reason is that they find mainframes to be boring and most companies don’t rely on mainframes, so this gives less of career opportunities. Mainframes will always be in demand as they are the most reliable. Compared to present day languages and other open systems they are not susceptible to virus attacks. This is a huge plus point. Businesses like banks, insurance, retail and money markets which process huge amounts of data need to use mainframes as no other system can be trusted to store huge amounts of data.
We need to wake up……………………….

Journalist to Launch www.sabkileak.com
The disclosures made by WikiLeaks have given a blunt and candid assessment of how American foreign policy is conducted. On Right Left and Centre, Wikileaks revelations has not only embarrassed America and exposed America's Diplomatic secrets but also India and several other countries. WikiLeaks has succeeded in hitting the reset button on International relations and politics.
India has become a hot spot of corruption, what with mega scams like the CWG, 2G, and Adarsh scams breaking out impoverishing the country's exchequer by 100s of billions of rupees. Politicians, fat-cat industrialists, and bureaucrats have formed an unholy nexus, which is bleeding Mother India like never before. The rich is getting richer, while the poor is being pushed deeper into the abyss of abject misery and poverty. How can we tackle this problem? Do we need an Indian Julian Assange to lead a crusade against our corrupt netas and babus?
In a way WikiLeaks has helped the common people to know the true faces of their politicians and leaders. Though it seems to be a wonderful source of true information, unfortunately the Indian government has made it an offence to own any website based on the lines of WikiLeaks.
Supreme Court advocate Pavan Duggal, who specialises in cyber law, points out that starting a site like WikiLeaks could make the owner liable to paying a fine of up to Rs 5 crore per contravention under the IT (Amendment) Act, 2008. One may even attract a criminal liability of three to ten years in jail under various statutes and the Indian Penal Code.
“At one side where the government gives each and every individual the right to freedom and information, on the other side they are restricting the citizens from their expression. Is this justified? There should be a media like WikiLeaks in India which will expose the corrupt practice of our leaders,” says Amar Pawar, a BPO employee.
As per the RTI Act, information sought had to provided to the citizen within a period of maximum 30 days, but citizens in our country have to wait for more than two years to elicit any information from concerned departments. List of pending cases runs in thousands and remains without addressed. Since the voice of the common people goes unheard most of the times, their issues remain unnoticed. A journalists group plans to come up with a website named www.sabkileak.com which would be solely based to inspire transparency, exposure of evils for wider interest of nation; and thereby to bring blots on our system to books. Several cases go pending even though government officials and contractors have access to skeletons-in-the-cupboard, they find it risky to approach courts or journalists or any civilian out of the purview of government service on the grounds of safety of their interest. Thus, www.sabkileak.com shall facilitate relaying of such material uploaded by such government servants; who wish to expose evils in the system.
“People must get to know the truth of their leaders and its government. This can lead to bad apples being dropped off from the basket. Policies that have direct influence on you can be debated with justice. The country can eventually move forward due to its transparency. I would support www.sabkileak.com since it is serving the nation for betterment,” says Chandrashekhar Shetty, a resident of Bhandup.
When AV contacted some of the personalities, here is what they said:
YP Singh, Ex-IPS officer - Looking at the corruption rate, there is a need of WikilLeak like website. I welcome www.sabkileak.com which will help the people to know the true faces of corrupt politicians. People are aware of corruption happening in the governance but no one protest or take any action against it. SabkiLeak will help to strengthen the people’s power to fight against corruption.
Shaina NC, BJP spokesperson Mumbai Unit - If SabkiLeak is for the welfare of the people then it would be fine but if it is used for blackmailing purpose then it would turn as a huge problem. I welcome this website and hope to see it soon.
Abbas Kazmi, Advocate - SabkiLeak should be handled by a strong and prominent personality. If these types of website come into existence, then hundreds of corruption cases will come into light. This will help the country to grow at a faster rate.
Amin Solkar, Advocate - Initially RTI proved to be a powerful tool to curb the issue of corruption to a great extent. But, today hundreds of RTI cases are pending. SabkiLeak will help the nation to overcome this barrier.
Vijay Mukhi, Cyber Expert - It is a great move. This will help the common people to know how corrupt their leaders are. Thus, it will help nation to bring the issue of corruption to.

HINDU, MUSLIM GODS ABUSED, STRIPPED ON FACEBOOK
Facebook is the most famous social utility that connects people with friends and others who work, study and live around them. But, this social networking site has become the modest weapon to abuse, insult and express hatred towards religions. Distressingly, a facebook page named Hindu has several images of both Hindu and Muslim gods cropped and merged with nude human bodies. Not only this, the page also includes pathetic and adult comments.
The owner or developer of the website http://www.hindunet.org/ has misused the facebook by creating a page with contents hurting sentiments of both Hindu and Muslim religion followers. The page has 79,872 followers and their only reason to be there seems to abuse other religion. Very sadly, there are number of images in which the Hindu gods are shown in compromising position. Whereas, there are also images which a pig is shown holding the holy Quran. Some pictures are so distressing that it cannot be explained. “It is surprising to know that these kinds of pages are entertained. Isn't there anyone to moderate? Facebook should look into this matter,” says Kiran Raghavan, a Bank employee.
The images can be found on the link http://www.facebook.com/ pages/Hindu/24525368223?v=photos. In one of the images, three Hindu gods are shown as 3 idiots as in the movie poster. Another one shows a pig resting over the Kaba of Mecca. Almost every deities are been abused. Every post is related to sexuality.
Harish Gupta, a resident of Borivali says, “Facebook should ban these kinds of pages which is spreading hatred towards other religions. People should protest against these anti-religion pages and make things safe for the future.” Adding further he said, “We should not get instigated rather we should live in peace and love. All religions are equal.”
Few months ago, Pakistan had banned facebook for a month of time due to the abuse made towards Islam. "Many pages are been created to target religions but still no proper actions have been taken. It is necessary that admin department of facebook should take care on these kinds of sensitive issues since this can result into a major physical war between the existing religions. Virtual war has already started this kind of stuff may also adversely affect the cyber space of many countries," said Mohammed Shaikh, a Dahisar resident. “These pages are intentionally made by people who possess evil intentions. Facebook is used by millions of people with different mentality and approach towards life. Though we cannot stop their evil thoughts but they can be definitely banned and discarded,” says Rehan Ali, a businessman. When AV contacted Vijay Mukhi, he said, “Government must issue letter to these kinds of websites and put an end to the insult of any religion. The miscreants should be booked under IT Act.”

Basics to Become Hacker without getting caught

H e can easily tweak these according to his needs and become hacker. This is the way the term was used when Bill Gates was inventing Windows. Those who are often referred to as hackers today, should actually be called "crackers" - people who do not have unauthorized access, like a safe-cracker. If you doubt me, and want to know how to be a hacker then do a search on the term "professional hacker," and you will find many professional and legitimate computer training courses being offered. They are the ones learning the real hacker secrets. Everyone has heard of one individual or another that was caught while hacking computers that belonged to this or that organization. Because hacking into computers is highly illegal, it should be mentioned that this article will not mention any real specifics about the subject, and this author would rather gladly encourage you to become a real hacker - professionally. This article, will however, give a brief overview of criminal hackers, some of their methods, and a few things you can do to make your own computer safer from hack attacks. Here are those things you need to learn on how to become a hacker. It should go without saying that the first thing that is needed is to learn about computers. This means study. A lot of reading is involved along with just plain old-fashioned learning how to use a computer. Then, of course, there are the special aspects of computer study. The places where the tips are learned is often two-fold: a friend who has access to a computer, and a variety of places on the Web. But this is also an interesting thing - if a young person has the ability to learn, and wants to learn can use hacking tutorials- then why not take the time to learn the right things - things that can earn him a lot of money in the legit world? Is it possibly that it could be the friend he has that turns him away from the good? Search for tools on Hackers Websites and forums. Special hacker Web sites, where hackers congregate, exist on the Web - as does every other known group of people - whether legal or illegal. Some of these are known to be hacker chat rooms, hacker forum, and regular hacker sites.
It is in these Web sites, and possibly some of the people that he may meet, maybe only online, where he will learn the hacking basics, and learn how to hack. Some of the tools that a hacker may use are often varied and constantly changing. One such tool that was used last year allowed a hacker to gain control of the computers of those who simply mistyped the word Google - when trying to get the popular search engine. This automatically directed them to a special website that would give them such malware items as Trojan downloader’s, backdoors and spyware. Another tool would be the robot spider. These can be sent out and put on automatic and will look for ports of access into your computer. These spiders are running around all the time and some say that they may hit most computers that are online - up to 50 times a day. Other tools use email attachments. It is claimed that as much as 65% of all email is spam. And as much as 1 in about 30 emails contains a virus, or some form of malware. This is why having your own virus and spam protection is a must, as well as a good spyware remover. Someone is busy. Once someone has been hacking information on a computer they will often leave a Trojan file that will give them further access - often more than one file. Then they could use your computer to send out spam attacks - without you even knowing that it is taking place. Or, they could simply be hacking your personal information off of your computer. These are just a few of their tools.
One of the first things that someone would learn about hacking tutorials when studying to be a hacker is how to cover their tracks. Of course, some are better than others. A young hacker is less likely to know all the little things that an expert hacker might know. Besides, the young hacker may be trying to impress others - and get a little careless about covering his tracks. This is why younger hackers are often caught. An older hacker, on the other hand, will rarely leave any tracks. They know how to use their victim's computers as a tool for a launching place to get into another computer - leaving a phony IP address. The truth is, and it is a good thing, that computer programmers are getting better software, and hardware (firewalls) that are constantly doing a better job - both in keeping hackers out, and in recording IP addresses better for tracking purposes. There will always be hackers, and there will always be hackers in prison. The legislation is definitely turning against the hacker - with some hacking crimes becoming equal to terrorism, these days. Kevin Mitnick, a well-known hacker, had the Federal prosecutors accuse him of having caused $291 million in damages to corporate computers. A serious crime, and he remains in jail because of it - unable to touch anymore computers. Even by learning some of the wrong type of hacking basics through hacking tutorials, a young person could start down a wrong path. Hacking computers, though often glorified on TV, is still criminal.

Indian Cyber Warriors

During this journey I came across an abundance of new concepts which no normal intelligence can even imagine of; one of them is 'Cyber War'. The initial thoughts that wallop my mind are that maybe this might be a combat between the hackers from all over the country. However later as I started to explore I was jeopardize because I realized that virtual war is more harmful than any kind of physical war since there are highly talented hackers across the world who can be a serious threat including the safety of our Indian government, Indian economy and also Indian infrastructure.
ICW (Indian Cyber Warriors) is a group of hackers from India, and once upon a time all the core members worked at very senior posts in various security firms. During their free time, they mostly utilized the night time for R&D and reading. All the three hackers of PCA (Pakistan cyber army, a group from Pakistan) too were working at reputed software companies. Today if you look at all the new emerging groups, all are college going students, and that's the main reason why they sometimes lack maturity and cannot see the future impact of their actions. They just jump into this because of the extra excitement and to impress others. whatever they are doing is nothing but disturbing the peace amongst the countries.
Beginning of Cyber War
Cyber War was started by the Pakistani group of hackers named 'pakbugs' which was maintained by zombie_ksa and his fellow team mates. Zombie_ksa is known to be one of the highly endowed hackers from Pakistan, few of them mark him as a legend and his identity is still a mystery. Amongst everybody, the major components or hackers of this group were Spo0fer, xOOmxOOm, big smoke, and cyber crime (these are the coded names used by them). Due to the hatred for India, this group started targeting young Indian girls and more over the Indian Gods were abused which was no longer tolerated by the Indian hackers. To retaliate them Indian hackers also formed a group which was named as ICW i.e., Indian Cyber Warrior the founder of this group were R45c4l (Gaurav Singh), Sai Satish, and Sameer. As per now this group is over loaded with three hundred members. They started attacking Pak cyber space but never wrote anything ill or against their Almighty God neither did they insult any gender. This gave rise to the defacement of the sites from both the countries. With the growing hatred towards each other, it led to the formation of two more new groups namely the PCA, the founders of this group were Har00n, Hamza and Anu Nasir from Pakistan. One fine day both the opponent groups realized that only defacement is not the solution and so the graph of hacking went down and thus here this phase ended with the signs of maturity.
Was this an end??? NO.
The actual war started in 2008; it's a kind of long story but I would tell you in brief. There were few communities and groups on Orkut (HMG was also one of them), where the battle began. Gradually it turned grimy as a small group of Pakistani hackers who started abusing innocent girls, by posting their morphed nude pictures along with the pictures of their family members and also their personal details. Initially the group HMG( Hindu Militant Group) tried convincing Pakistani Hackers about stop targeting blameless girls. However HMG failed to convince them (Hoodlum Don/ Hoody is the founder of HMG). During that time, the users were not that regular on Orkut or any other social networking sites. Meanwhile, ICW core members participated in few cyber wars like in the war between Georgia and Russia, then Albania and Serbia all these countries were part of USSR, as we India and Pakistan have Kashmir issue same way these countries have tussle over Kosovo. The owner of HMG gave offer to Gaurav to join their group and to witness the happenings going around. This is how Gaurav, one of the founder member of ICWstarted forming a team with the brilliant hackers to deface Pakistani sites. There were many brilliant hackers like Sameer,Godvin,Bond, witu (wireless punter) were the integral part of ICW. One day, they successfully hacked OGRA (Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority), the main brain behind this hack was Samir. Later it was expected that the Pakistani hackers would target ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation). The irony is that ICW members informed ONGC about the vulnerability in their site and asked them to patch the flaws as early as possible, but they just ignored the goodwill gesture of Indian hackers and the site got hacked during that period. Very next attack was on Bank of Baroda, the data was removed and this site was damaged brutally by Pakistani Hackers. In reaction ICA also attacked their Navy, Supreme Court and air force websites. This time it was quite a major issue. After few months a hacker named 'xOOmxOOm' regenerated the conflict by hacking our Prime Minister's site www.manmohansingh.org. Cyber war was revived but this time ICW did not retaliate maybe it was the question of their ego. Hackers are known to maintain principles and so they do not wish to go against.
Well! Finally Haroon initiated the talk with r45c4l for peace and with due consent of ICW members and after internal discussions the peace treaty was mutually agreed between these groups, and they decided not to attack each other’s government sites. By this time ICW and Paksbug were only two active groups. This was the time when zombie realized his skill and gradually he started hacking bigger sites like national internet back bone of Morocco google and then hotmail.ug. He almost ended up hacking all the sites from Uganda country and stopped attacking India. Slowly time passes by and the ICW was fading away, from here one more group emerged and that was AH (Andhra Hackers). 26000 was another big story to discuss which gave birth to disputes in ICW, and that’s how everyone went their way. What I would like to mention here is the integrity of these hackers, they all are demigods of underworld hacking groups. This was one of the fines and elite group of Hackers India could ever witness. They are still there for the welfare and security of mother land.
The next generation group Indishell was formed by 'Hack My PC', some say he was elder brother of Lucky the C0debreaker some say he was his cousin and some has own version to share about him. He trained many ordinary minds to expert hacking. This group is unfortunately known for Patriotism but intensely mounting criminal activities amongst the group raised new controversies. Indishell may not be directly responsible for these activities but the group got maligned with their own members.
At the other side xOOmxOOm formed a new group of Pakistani hackers named 'Pak hackers’ and the founder of this group was 'spider' who was from Afghanistan. He is the leader of Afghan Cyber Army and once again the filthy game of defacing sites took the countries for ride. Two new strong Indian hackers M.XXX and SiLeNtpOisOn started retaliating to these Pakistani hackers. Along with them another hacker was thrown in the battle, his name is 'Lukcy' who was trained by 'hack my pc' and he was the new heir of Indishell. 'Silent poison' approached lucky for discussion in which nation's pride was the most important topic this is the phase in which Indishell came into highlight.

FATE OF YOUNG HACKERS IN JAIL

W hile to Delhi I and chota hacker boarded in flight and we happened to meet a famous film director Shekhar Kapoor, for a moment it was like dream come true as I always wanted some intellectual director like him to work on cyber terror documentary or film of mine. Immediately I went to him and presented him my books.. Looking at the cover he was quite amazed and said “hey vaidehi how come you with Hackers? In reply i just smiled and gave him the proposal to work on same, he was excited and happy, immediately he gave me his cell number to get in touch, but I asked for his email. Very promptly he replied saying “I will never give you my e-mail id what if I get hacked and winked” I had to leave him as flight was above to take off.
It was perfectly alright that he refused to share his email details but somewhere that pinched me because the word Hacker is still a taboo in our society and country. hackers are not treated with due respect everyone are scared of them probably that can be the reason why young boys or hackers land in to juvenile jails and have to go through languishing life later, teenagers who are facing such charges in day to day life for cyber crimes are unnoticed. They are just dumped in jails on own fate. Go to any metropolitan cities, and visit juvenile jails and see how these young hackers are treated. Their crime is nothing more than spoofing, making porn, or hacking some website for some money paid by other person, carding and purchasing domain or website. The young adults are kept in the company of hardcore criminals, scamsters, and murderers. Is this fair? Crime committed by these children is not as harsh as the other crimes are, but crime is crim. No one is spared as per the law of land.
What India lack is the interpreters of laws, laws are made effective but these interpreters are not confident enough to defend the accused so the judge and judiciary are equally ignorant about the subject on a large. The hacking and crime related cyber space are generally misunderstood to the extent, that convincing the authorities becomes difficult, in such cases generally hackers family has to be influential enough to apply sources or they have to be resourceful to pay enough bribe and rescue their child or else leave the child on his or her own fate. As per the statistics 398 cyber crime cases are under trial and the trauma their families are going through is heir rising. More over our system and police department is capable enough of arresting a cat and making it confesses to be lion. Why, who and where are sub-judicial matters. Moreover media plays every possible spicy role when it comes to highlight such things. It never fails to gain TRP in such issues, the court verdict is always far way thing due to lengthy judiciary procedures in India but media decides the fate nothing less than the judge.
Between the judiciary and media family reaches to such a traumatic situation either they are forced to accept the social stigma or leave the convict on its fate. Right now cyber terrorism is the biggest or the prime concern to government. Government needs strong thread to grab these so called devils of hidden world they are none other than the hackers. God forbidden if tomorrow the combing operation gets started to clutch the hackers, then nobody knows who to be blamed and where to look up for the rescue.
They say anything for India, agreed! I love this army of young boys trying to disagree on certain atrocities done to our country. But the question at large is, are they capable enough stopping terrorist coming down to India? Are they capable enough of tracing the terrorist and informing government? Are they able to control cyber crime and threat to our country? When they are not capable of doing anything rather just defacing websites, and by doing this they are provoking others to do the same with us. They are ruling your embassy; your important websites without leaving any traces are we capable enough of stopping them doing this? Even if you are capable, government has no faith in you. Whenever Indian government websites were compromised, Pakistani government has always replayed saying its reaction to the action taken by the Indian hackers.
Any ways read Cat techie book to get the statistics of Indian hackers lured in crime and yet scot free from legal clutches, and read the horrifying plight of arrested hackers.
