Cat Techie and her Journey...well there is so much to share and so much speak out. it was beautiful phase,with mixed experiences.

Now after so much of experience, I can say that I understand hackers in and out. Now I am well aware of their culture, mindset, every reaction, methods, tricks, and their focal area. When I was introduced to the hidden crust of cyber space, it was quite difficult for me and my team to deal with since we were very new to this domain. My team members are very young and since they possess quick leaning skill, it was very easy for me to train them with all the journalistic skills on political, crime and social beat. But, when it came to cyber space, we all were left puzzled.

We had no idea about where to hit and how to start. In addition to this, too much of dependency on one particular source dragged us in big mess. It was our mistake that we trusted a person who wasn’t matured enough and faithful. Today, things have transformed for me. Learning from all the mistakes made in the past, I have created myself in a very distinct manner where I am valued and respected. I have near about 5011 face book friends. I am glad to know that there are people who have dedicated pages in my name and moreover 3500 people have liked it. I could achieve this because I maintained space to interact with them and understand their psyche.

However, I started studying deeper about hackers. I was thrilled to see all young techies applying their brains in cyber expertise and aghast to see the planning of Gen next war. Hackers are Faceless, they love to live with anonymity and that’s the reason they bluntly expose others as the victim is not aware anything about the culprit. More over, I would really appreciate if these hackers dare to give their whereabouts before attacking some ones integrity. I am sure they will never unveil their identity because they need guts. In a way, they are toothless cowards. Their arguments and aggression know only the language of sabotaging and damaging other elements.

It’s a secret world with hidden, horrible faces on social networking site. Hackers love to live with power of destruction. They want to become famous by their handles (code name or fake name) and by maintaining secrecy of the original identity. There is no doubt most of the hackers are not only talented, but they are also expert in security. Irrespective of whether a hacker is big or small, generally they have their own website, face book account and twitter accounts too; they make their space over every available social networking sites. They love to be lauded while attacking someone. Since they are faceless and have got nothing to lose; they attack people who live with identity and name. I am sure if they have to reveal their identity, you will find them most abusive human beings on this earth. They do not represent their community in a strong manner. There are multiple groups, blogs, news portals where everyone tries to keep upper hand. At the same time, there is no integrity. Yet the biggest problem is that they are not accepted by large in society. Still there is taboo when you say hacker.Now after so much of experience, I can say that I understand hackers in and out. One thing I would like to mention here is that hackers are too much into blogging. Countless hackers maintain ten to fifteen blogs each. Their optimizing skills are amazing. They function in chain, one hacker can pass news to other hacker and in no time we may find news everywhere. These blogs are their tools to defame the enemy and or to publicize themselves. I have never seen such trained traits of blogging. Forums is another place where all these hackers discuss many things like latest hacking tools, queries, gossips and whose doing what.

Long awaited book “Cat Techie” will be launched on 8th August, in Mumbai. In the recent past so many issues and controversies mushroomed up all of sudden, from all angles. I though let me answer all those issues through this book of mine, which was dumped in the past, due to certain reasons.

After the launch of this book, you will be able to access online edition of the same. I am publishing the tentative index and rough sketch of this book, but I am sure you will get to read something even beyond this.

The writer and the promoter tried his level best to talk and write about this family and the members, you Google about Rahul Gandhi Rape case, you will be surprised to see the kind of news written about him bust yet I am sure no one ever heard about it, just because we are blessed with wisdom and freedom to blog and spread news without being made answerable, that does not mean one should misuse the liberty given to an individual. That means you have no faith over judiciary and law order, if you don’t have faith then do you have any options to change it or slam it? No, you don’t have that, because your credentials are not crystal clear. When rapist Madhur Bhandarkar and Shainy Ahooja were prosecuted for rape this same Ashok Pandit rent -a -protestor stood by them by telling media how innocent the rapists are, in maria’s case why he had to go against? this was just a publicity stunt to come in lime light. Maria is weaker section yet very infamous and the other two strong infamous can get work for Pandit. They gave him opportunities to work in their films, this is the irony of these so called social custodians. if a so called crusader is so diplomatic and false then whom to blame?
Why no one stood so strongly when J’Day was murdered? Where were these page3 guys needed publicity they used to lick his boots for coverage? that time he was alive. More over the reason is simple standing for J Day means standing against authorities and police. J’ Day is gone that’s why his utility is zero for these so called custodians.

LulzSec - You are missed by your fans

From past 55 days Media is reporting on the LulzSec activities. Most of the time there were just our silly press statements other than the facts. Lulz Security, more commonly referred to as LulzSec. It’s been a long 50- days for the Lulz Boat, those fun-loving hackers sailing under the Twitter handle of LulzSec, their message use to end with love all, love more and some time love. If you are on twitter, I am sure you must have witnessed the funny and humorous messages by them, no hard words no grief, just humor. No, new was the way in which this hacking group kept the media waiting on their every breach, joke and, importantly, tweet. Tweeting out announcements, upcoming targets, jokes and more, LulzSec, has almost 282,000 followers at the time of writing – a figure which has rocketed up in recent weeks. But now I am sure you all must be missing that. Actually they did biggest mistake being too much vocal on social networking sites. LulzSec have taken a lot of joy from tweeting about all the times they’ve supposedly been exposed, only to remain online. The core members – Topiary, Sabu and Kayla were tweeted a lot and that’s how they gave their rivals a tip off to reach them.

This ‘hacktivist’ group was not new - let’s not forget the Anonymous crowd which LulzSec. This group received widespread attention by engaging in “Denial of Service” (Dos) attacks on companies which acted against WikiLeaks. The young hackers group really had huge fan fallowing and liking, they were much more famous than Anonymous. And there are no doubt the half-dozen hackers who make up LulzSec took real interest in the mainstream media’s coverage of their work, as leaked chat logs. Yet the more they attacked, the more they talked it up, and the more enemies they made, and even more the fan fallowing. LulzSec formerly associated with Anonymous. LulzSec also urged fellow hackers with similar agendas to join the “revolution” against large Government bodies and corporations, referring to the spate of attacks recently carried out by LulzSec in some kind of collaboration with the much larger hacking group called Anonymous. Representing a new generation of activists, who use the internet as their grounds of battle, the LulzSec represent the newest group of “hacktivists” who’ve come into the limelight for data theft through cyber attacks. Cyber attacks, and related data and/or identity theft have become increasingly common, with a major such incident being reported every other week.

The attacks, termed by Anonymous as being part of a much larger “Operation Payback”, have come in retaliation to online file-sharing and restrictions on downloading by companies and authorities. InfraGard, an information- sharing organization of companies that collaborates with the FBI towards curbing cyber crime has also reportedly been attacked by LulzSec. LulzSec's campaign was designed to take down corruption in governments globally as well as big business. With recent hacks and announcements, it hardly seemed like LulzSec would ever slow down. Earlier, the group had hacked the U.S. Senate, the CIA, an FBI-affiliated website, PBS, Sony and much more. Those seemed random and chaotic. The group even opened what amounted to a dial-a-hack hotline, asking folks to call with hack suggestions.

In their farewell post, the group admitted it was a small group of hackers: six, in fact. However, it also gave up a huge amount of booty. LulzSec also implied its efforts ended after 50 long days, why would LulzSec quit so suddenly? Earlier in the week, 19-year-old Ryan Cleary was arrested by Scotland Yard. While LulzSec denied he was a member, rival group Team Poison said he was, and Team Poison also promised to expose the identities of the remaining LulzSec members. It's unclear if this is real, but LulzSec made the announcement on its Twitter feed. And they announced their retirement…

Their face book fans, twitter followers all missing them, they never thought of such a painful farewell to their beloved hackers group LulzSec.

Any ways I am verymuch sure, LulzSec retired but the group will definitely emerge in some other Avatara..

I was never against the real heroes of Anonymous group, I salute their courage and worship their mission and guts, I disagree their name being misused by the fakes with ill intentions and in power greed. I disagree with and that’s the reason standing firm against them. 494 members in my friend list are Anonymous, I interact with them on regular basis, I give them each pastebin link that you create. They just laugh at your stupidity and advice me to forgive . They are the real heroes.

In the recent past the group of hackers those working on #OpIndia, are spreading rumors about Cattechie being against Anonymous Group. This is really height of nonsense and proof of cunning intentions of Indian Fake Anon group. Since the

#OpIndia started there is lots of restlessness amongst the hacker’s community. It’s not me who is against you; it’s your own community trying to expose you. There are many hackers such as Voice Of grey Hat, invisible Nandu, and many more.
You never realized why they all went against you. Whenever I go to IRC #OpIndia room, I see the guys asking about cattechie’s presence there, and they kick out one of the suspect. Not only are the cat but there many such people like cat are watching you and your funny activities.

See how you dug your own graves, the saga started from Face book page and twitter created by Mohit kumar Aka The Hackers News, he was fired by Sebastian for bringing hurdles and spreading wrong messages across about the OpIndia. Sebastian was receiving PM from one of the member against THN ( I won’t disclose the names) and this guy without giving a second thought started attacking THN randomly, and that’s how both the pages from Twitter and FB were removed. I was carefully watching the fight to analyze the situations. The guy impersonating Sebastian Michaelis tried his level best to use typical kind of language, just to pretend as some outsider, but one silly mistake of his lead to me NullCon seminar, and thus my traces made way to trace him. Any ways I am not going to expose his name in this post, then come 'Onidaz' who assumed c007 is cattechie and kicks her out. When sick asked about hacking www.amritavidyalayam.com, I was shocked to know this little fellow once Pm me on face book to hack this site I replied back saying not to touch Indian that to educational institutes. Then ‘tomgeorge’ to apposed saying the same, now this tom also gave me way to him because of his way of conversing. Then comes ‘arkangel’ his story is again quite interesting he is young student. ‘nomcat’ is the creature worked with me in the past on unite hackers project and also hacker5. H3v3n is close to my heart so no comments. These are just few names, and 50% of biggest players here are from the Unite hackers and hacker5’s initial group. Their language their conduct and their restlessness made me reach them, guys be careful there are many watch dogs working on you and you are very near to fall in the grave that you dug for yourself.
While concluding I want to tell you one more funny happening, have you ever seen in the history of Anonymous they ever used pastebin to convey their messages to hackers? Same language, same accusations and same style of taking revenge by spitting venom, this is happening since they made their exit from Hacker5 and Unite hackers. Anonymous threaten a journalist saying James Attrition is working on your fake profile, soon he will expose you, this dialog really tickled in my ribs. How stupid?

You can disguise by impersonating as Anonymous but you can never be like them. The reason is that your focus is not the nation or its betterment. It’s just greed for power; greed of being one as Anonymous and greed to create deter. This is what driven you making blunders and those blunders were quite visible and witnessed by your fellow hackers. If you are against one Cat techie there are many against you too. Its nature’s law, when you use your skills and potentials for wrong reason, you have to pay for it.

This post will continue in seven parts and end with an evident “curtain raiser” that’s my promise. Attacks on journalists are common phenomena. Investigative Journalists are soft targets

After J Dey’s death, silent moments, pain and tears and whispers are visible. 24 hours have already passed since Dey’s departure, yet the police are clueless about his death. Dey's funeral was an emotional farewell. So many questions around, so much of grief, insecurity, pain was in ambience. Shameless police and politicians marked their presence by facing media cameras but there was no hitch of regret on their face. Condolence messages kept pouring from media house to media house. There was competition in sending fax and smses to media. Finally, a journalist’s death too was encashed by these hypocrites for their own publicity. None of them is worried about the police and home department that is clueless about the crime. It was difficult to believe that their buddy left this world forever. He was shot from close distance and police are still clue less about the unknown assailants. How can this government and police department can just let go such issue? Now they think that journalists should be provided with security but what about the past? Who will compensate for J Dey’s death? A large number of media persons had turned up to pay their last respects to the senior journalist. Dey is survived by his wife Shubha Sharma and mother. Looking at his family I had experienced pain in my ribs. I started wondering that this could happen to my family too for bringing out the truth. A journalist is always a soft target.

In broad daylight city like Mumbai where we boast about better law and order, anyone can take anybody’s life and escape clueless. The Maharashtra government swung into action, ordering special police teams to probe Dey’s death. Will they be really investigating the issue? Do you thing can we ever get to know the real criminal? Despite being compared with Scotland Yard police, the Mumbai police continue to be clueless about the crime. State Home Minister R R Patil, Mumbai Police Commissioner Arup Patnaik, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Himanshu Roy, Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and order) Rajnish Seth and several senior government officers should be answerable for this incidence. Our dumb Chief Minister directed Patnaik to arrest the culprits involved in Mr Dey’s murder but where can the murderer be nabbed? He also has failed to mention whom to be held responsible for this case? Always an eye wash, god knows for how long?

J Dey had been receiving death threats and police were aware about it. How come Chief Minister failed to provide police protection for Dey? The government has provided security to Dey’s family at a time when it has lost it bread winner. It very unfortunate, the Home Minister could have acted and provided security to the crime journalist before he was gunned down. Now what is the use of plan for journalists' protection? Senior NCP leader and PWD Minister Chhagan Bhujbal said that it was very important to get the culprits behind bars. It’s true Mr Bhujbal but how can we put the accused behind bars? Just by giving mere political statements to media or by exercising your powers to really nab a culprit? How can you all ministers become so shameless to come in front of camera and still talk big. The manner in which bullets were pumped into Dey’s body, no law could have helped him at that time. The relevant department will look into it. But whatever happened is sad, bad.

The police, meanwhile, are examining the CCTV footage of Crisil House, which is located opposite the scene of the crime. The footage, though, isn't very clear because it was raining heavily at the time of the journalist's murder. So now is there any other way? Or any other excuse for media? The post-mortem report of Dey shows that five bullets were pumped into his body and one bullet that hit his shoulder did not come out. He died due to the bullet injury. Five bullets were pumped into his body and there was no noise? The attack on J Dey was undoubtedly an attack on the media. The police say they can’t establish a motive. Well, Dey had been covering the underworld for years; he’d written on the diesel mafia. Two leads for you, Commissioner Arup Patnaik. But we’re not surprised. The police force is flabby, too busy with rallies and subordinates’ cell phones. It, therefore, came as no surprise at all that in recent cases like the Kurar murders, the local officers did not even want to take down a complaint. Is the Mumbai police inept, poorly led, or just plain corrupt? Difficult to say.

J Dey was killed in a centrally-connected neighbourhood, in broad daylight and within walking distance of a police station. It adds up to one conclusion: in Mumbai, no one is safe. And when a citizen’s physical security cannot be guaranteed by the State, then that State has forfeited its right to govern. Bullet riddled bodies don’t make a crime reporter cringe. When I looked at J Day’s dead body I was scared, because all these days even I was doing investigative journalism, now also i am doing my reserch on Hackers, they do defametary blogging,they abuse and some times even make calls to me and threatn.

If you want to reach the fact and fight odd, then your destiny is death. It was an association that lasted right unto his death. Those were the years when J. Dey was still trying to find his footing in journalism. Enough is enough. Things need to get back on track, and we can start with the enactment of stringent provisions against those who attack the media. Or we can be one of those banana republics where dead journalists are commonplace.

It was quite shocking when I came to know some Kislay Chaudhary called your office and questioned our integrity, No one can say that “Indian Cyber Army” is not belong to us, Even I also can’t declare that ICA is only mine because this title is been possessed by many people of this country.. Indian Cyber Army is the group of Hackers or individual from different parts of India, who care for Nation! I believe, anyone can use the name ICA, who is interested to work for Indian’s Cyber Space. Yeah, may be the way of working will be different but the aim is same. Here on our site everyone is openly invited to join us, either he/she is from India or any other country. We are “Indian Cyber Army”, that means we love Indians first and we are here for our country..

In the recent past there were people claiming for the name Indian Cyber Army. Actually this title is belongs to Indishell group and rest all are third party or they may possess this name but they are no one to stop others by using the same. Since so many months, Kislay Chaudhary and his group had tussle with Indian Hackers and they are none other than Indishell guys. Indian Cyber Army is a group of Hackers, Penetration Testers, developers, Security Experts, Programmers, and Cyber Geeks, cyber security experts, and even defacers. To deface and express their disagreement over certain patriotic issues they have been using this name and there is nothing wrong. For them Hacking is a weapon for Cyber War, they even believe in using Hacking skills for Security and Development. Without your knowledge they have secured many such Indian websites.

I have cyber security as business, but they are doing it without any commercial gains. They are not against any Country, Community, and Group. Indian Cyber Army is the open platform for everyone to come and join! They are against just against antinational elements. So what is wrong in it?

They are the members from different countries and Religions, groups. I think this is the best example of Team work where everyone is dedicatedly having concentration mission..They too don’t believe in cyber war and working underground. They believe in giving it back when some casualty comes to this nation as terror or threat. And I am sure they don’t need to prove us!

The Purpose of Indian Cyber Army is to provide security to cyber space of this country and safe guard nation’s interest. Thousands of young aspiring hackers are getting trained by them; they are the huge group with utmost integrity. Real Hackers should know to deface a website or who can root venerable servers if needed. Lucky, silent poison Atul Dwivedi I am sure these guys are good at code programs, find vulnerabilities, can write exploits and can test the every possible way to hack or secure a system.

The meaning of ICA is that, a step taken by an Indian for securing the cyber world and taking stand with best of the best persons of Cyber Field. Here ICA is not mean to only a group of 10-15 members, Even in actual, Indian Cyber Army should include every that person who is interested to be the part of National Security.

Now even we also possess the trade mark of Indian cyber Army, we have magazine titled Indian cyber Army, and even society and company registrations formalities are under progress. No one can stop us using this name or no one has right to stop anyone using this name. Not even kislay Chaudhary.

If Kislay has any issues over this title, then he can go legal and fight the battle, and that he cannot do, because he has nothing to claim. more over we also posses ICA website that is www.indiancyberarmy.info Trade mark registration can be done under any class by any one, with the same name. That does not mean the one who got trade mark; possess every right over the name or banner. Mr. Kislay chaudhary stop using cheap traits and back stabbing others. If you have any issues come across the table or go to court let judiciary take call over this subject. Stop phoning, threatening, warning and accusing people over false issues.

Indian Government web-sites need attention

The Hacker collective Anonymous joined the fight against Indian corruption by hacking the site of the Indian government IT website NIC, the National Informatics Center. Ostensibly the hack was a retaliation for the government’s violence against Indian activist Baba Ramdev, who had been staging a hunger strike to protest government corruption, which the government recently disbanded with violent force. The hack, which the group claims took just three minutes, displayed the above message on the site. NIC quickly moved to take the page offline, but a cached Google page confirmed the direct hit by Anonymous. The hack comes just days after Anonymous hacked the government database of Iran, exposing private emails from that country. While no data was stolen or exposed from this latest hack in India, Anonymous’ message was clear: the corruption of institutional forces runs against individual freedom.

A statement by Anonymous said, “Over fifty years ago, Indian Freedom Fighters laid down their lives for our freedom. In the end, what was it all for? Today our politicians ride slip-shod over our laws, corruption is rampant. If the brutal way Baba Ramdev’s hunger strike was crushed is anything to go by, it would seem that India is now on its way to becoming an undemocratic ‘democracy’.”
This is something really worth giving a thought, why all of sudden ANONYMUS has to voice for Indian issues, give a thought, you hackers may realize the fact and reason behind it.

In the past, we have witnessed many of our websites being hacked including India's Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), colleges, NGOs, Indian companies and religious organisations among others by Pakistani Hackers. And, in the recent past, ONGC website too was hacked by them. And now, there are many chances that they would target SAIL (Steel Authority of India) website as it has many vulnerabilities and can be easily hacked.

The unfortunate part is that in spite of being warned by Kaizen India Info – Sec Solutions Pvt. Ltd (A cyber security firm that is working towards making our country free from cyber threats) about the loopholes to SAIL authorities, no necessary actions have been taken so far. Similarly, Kaizen had also informed higher authorities of ONGC about the vulnerabilities in their website but they too did not pay heed to the warning and ultimately landed up getting hacked by Pakistani hackers. Sadly, whenever a website gets hacked, fingers are always pointed towards the hackers but the fact is that the website owners themselves are responsible for not taking proper care and leaving their websites open with all the loopholes inviting hackers to attack.

A tit-for-tat campaign has been in practice by groups on both Indian and Pakistani sides dating back to the late 1990s when tensions over the disputed Himalayan territory of Kashmir brought the nuclear-armed neighbours to the brink of war.

In 2009, India’s one of the biggest banks Bank of Baroda, a global bank with a network of branches in India, and an international presence in 21 countries was hacked by Pakistani hacker group called Pakbugs.

“Indians place little or no value on the kind of data individuals and organisations in many countries prefer to keep confidential, like passport and bank account details or work contracts,” Cyber Expert Vijay Mukhi said.
"Privacy is a concept not rooted in India culture. I don't think we can change that and I don't think it's going to change in my lifetime," he added.
"The government doesn't care" about protecting information online. Corporates for some reason just don't want to spend the money. They don't think it happens often. Web security is a low priority," he said.

Very recently, the website of Sony BMG has been hacked and an anonymous poster has uploaded a user database to pastebin.com, including the usernames, real names and email addresses of users registered on SonyMusic.gr. This kind of company websites getting hacked not only affects the company itself but also the customers. Interestingly, many of the companies are insured and thus they get their losses recovered leaving the customers to suffer.

The question that arises is who will take action against these attacks? Government has been maintaining silence even though one after the other their websites are been attacked and details are been leaked or deleted. Is our government so weak? Now, after CBI, ONGC, Bank of Baroda and many other official websites, SAIL can be the next target. Hope that the SAIL authorities are listening and would take necessary steps towards protecting their website

Hacking that saved a Life of a Hacker, hackers ruined it again

Today something surprising happened to me...Thought I should share with you.

I am busy 24/7; I go to college in the morning, then reach NBC and from there running around pin to polls to reach dead line of news papers, till printing. Our day starts at 5am and ends at 1am.

Saturday is my favorite day because this is the only day my collage is closed and for Sunday newspaper edition we have different desk, I just need to monitor the content that’s it.

My building kids are my friends; I generally don’t mix with the elder crowd of society but love to be with kiddos and young friends. With them I feel energetic and innovative, with them the child in me becomes happy and my soul blesses me.

Today at 9am, somebody knocked at my door as if some storm has come, I was very much irritated.

When I opened the door my little friend Shrinivas,( who is in 5th standard and his parents are in IT sector) was at the door. I yelled at him, shree where you banging at door? Don’t you have patience?

He was upset; he just looked at me and asked, “Hey would you mind if I stay here for some time?

I asked him the reason for getting so much upset, he replied saying “I hate my dad, he always calls me RASCAL, that to when I am with my friends. Isn’t bad vidhi (my short name to vaidehi). I took a pause and said yes scolding you in front of friend is very bad, but you must have done something to irritate him. He said oh! It’s fine if he scolds me but why call RASCAL? (Since this name is very close to my heart, so something strike me)

I told him I have a friend who name is r45c4l, shree looked at me as if I am bullying him or probably teasing him. I again repeated my sentence; there was big question mark in his innocent small eyes.

I made him comfortable, and told him the story of r45c4l.

There was a small boy like you, whose name is Gaurav, his mom Calles him Bittu.

Immediately Shree bounced a question at me, “Oh! So his dad also used to call him Rascal? I said NO.

He was little neglected child, could never get chance to express his feelings, and explore what he wanted to do. His father was short tempered and mom used to be busy with her duties and his small sis. He hardly has any friends, he hardly used to speak to anyone, and all the time he used to alone and lost. The days passed, he came to his higher education, he wanted to do literatures but his father forced him for computer or engineering studies. He took admission and failed, because the subject was not of his choice. He failed again and again and returned home. His Dad was damn angry.

He left his studies for some time and stayed back at home. Just to kill his time he used to be online. Chat with friends. That time Face book and Orkut was not introduced. Yahoo messenger was the common and very famous mode of social networking. There used to be a guy from Pakistan, who used to mess with Indian boys, one day he messed with Gaurav and switched off his computer. Twice he did that to scare him.

Shree was amazed with a thought and asked “can we have access to any computer like this?” I said “yes, with permission there are ways to be in your friend’s computer, and without permission also you can be there, but that’s not good.” (I never wanted to condition his mind with ethical and unethical term, or tell him that the one who enters your pc is none other than a Hacker and Hacker is a bad guy)

He said but how? I told him the Hackers; they know how to get in because they are very intelligent to do that. You can operate your own computer but if someone else having control over your computer needs skills. Those skills are hacking skills. And the one who posses these skills are called Hackers.

He promptly questioned to me “bad guys inst it? I just blushed and said NO to him.

In reply I asked him, have you ever seen Krishna, he used to steal butter and curd, just for fun. But if you do the same what will your neighbor aunty do? I think he got the point, but again came back to Rascal.

I told him that Pakistani hacker challenged Gaurav, that’s how he got interest learning ABCD of computers..His parents were very happy when he told them about going back to studies. He perused his studies in computer applications and that’s how he started learning thing. He was book worm, reading literature and old village music is his passion, he also read many book on computer related. His life took U turn. He was far away from his mom and dad. He was living his independent life and gained some confidence. He got a good girl friend; with her he could share everything.

After some time his friend got married and went to her husband (I never wanted to use word like break off or any such disheartening thing, I know he was feeling the pain of being separated from a friend)

Then again Bittu got sad and lost interest in everything, he was missing her all the time. To overcome the pain he made some outside friends and with him he became bad boy, left his studies, he became arrogant and cranky. But later on he realized his mistake and tried becoming a good boy. He learned hacking and wanted to do something for our country. That’s how he changed completely. He started defeating his rival, he became more powerful, his rivals got irritated and pissed at him, and they said this guy is a RASCAL. That’s how Gaurav got another name RASCAL, and he uses to write it r45c4l. (He asked me why 4? I said that’s hacker’s language, he immediately asked me how to write shree? I told him shr33, if you want to make it more complicated then5#r33. He was amazed, because he learned new language. That’s how I told him the story of r45cal and how he became computer hero by defeating all his weaknesses.

(Yes the girl gave him heart and took away his life, he went in drugs and started injecting them in his body on his own, and this pain was less than what he was going through. He gave up home, he gave up his life, he lost confidence, parents were panic, by the time they realized about the injustice done to this kid, it was too late to rectify, and there was no option than repenting. Finally his mother got him home and said you do whatever we won’t stop you but do it here; at least I can see you. Those days he got back to computers with drugs’ and pin. Started learning hacking skills, and got in full time hacking. Through this passion he wanted to live life and asked his parents to admit him at rehab centre where he can come of it. He was put in under medication, his mothers concern for him and his online community members installed life in him. He recovered and came back home, that’s how his journey of HMG and ICW started.

This entire story I told Shree with using very simple words and which will not introduce him to the cruel world. Half of the time we are conditioned by others and stop experimenting or we adopt bad habits to overcome the weakness. While dealing with kids that to when you introduce them from known to unknown subject you need to be very mush attentive. Life of rascal of full of challenges, yet he was very humble and helpful person. After some time a girl came to his life, the meaning of her name was happiness but she left him for another man making his life miserable. Unfortunately she was none other than a sister of a Hacker, who wanted to get out of her marriage because she was in love with someone whom his family never liked, that’s how her brother the friend of r45c4l introduced him to her, and asked him to make her understand. During this period she fell in love with r45c4l, and without caring for her past he accepted her too. Convincing parents to settle life with this type of girls is difficult. But he managed to do so, she stayed at his house in Delhi, and one fine morning ran away with one builder, and caught by police in financial scam. Once again his life was at pain. Fighting all odds and even he got opportunities in life, and the passion for cyber world he never went in drugs that bad. But damaged himself again)

he had to leave his government job and joined private firm in Bangalore, there he got very good roommates, that was his family away from family. I can say they gave new definition to his life. He became responsible earning member of family by supporting parents in whichever way it’s possible. The only thing he did wrong was he abused himself by neglecting his health, eating tobacco and heavy smoking. Those days I was doing research on inj3ct0s, and my search was on, I Google about him, the info was not sufficient enough to reach him, some told me he is in Japan, some said in Germany. One day I wrote something about inj3ct0rs on my blog, my flight was delayed for two hours I was online, one inj3ct0r came and ridiculed me, asked for my contact number, I gave him. After five minutes I got call from some unknown number, and the person said hello! Vaidehi this is r45c4l here! I was numbed couldn’t believe my ears. Then after we spoke for 2 hrs till I board in flight. He told me his reservations and I explained him my plight. During conversation he spoke just few sentences and all the time it’s me who was talking to him nonstop. That who my search ended there, I seek his appointment. He asked me to meet him Bangalore, finally we met. A guy with typical attitude, red brown teeth, dirty nails, and looking at him I was sure he has not taken bath from ages. Let me confess here, my research took back seat and the human in me was strongly indicated me that he needs help. He needs to be taken care or understood or else he will be ruined. With great difficulty I got to know his pain and regrets towards life. He was at the verge of waiting for his death; he was pulling his life with unsaid pain and lots of depression. I decide to save that r45c4l in him to save Gaurav singh.

I frequently traveled Bangalore, now I call him Nanu because he takes care of me like child, that time I was parenting him. He was like a lost kid with so many questions. So many tragedies and unsolved puzzles and only answer was, addictions. Anyways, I was in regular tough with him, he was my search engine of any cyber happenings. In that period I became his support system and he become my mentor in this new school of cyber space.

That’s how again he tried on his own to come out of all addictions, he started living clean, second time when I met he, he was groomed, clean and his way of looking at life changed. He is an intellect, his craving for learning more and becoming independent was forcing him to come out of job and do something of his own, I am a business woman too, his ideas match with me and I extended financial support to him, third time when I met him as the director of Kaizen, I couldn’t believe, he was confident, restored and gave up 90% of his weaknesses. A young man holding big dreams shifted to Mumbai and trying his level best to get his foot hold in this business. Look at the irony, life again showed the cruel face of his fellow hacker friends, they attacked his sanctity by hacking his server leaving question mark on his abilities. He was lost, probably never thought he will be ruined by his own community. Javed hacker, chota, doper, me now and now Micr0 we all stood by him and encouraged him saying, this is just a beginning, and attackers were not enemy. They are your peers; take it positive and strengthen your skills, doing job and taking salary at the month requires nothing, but slogging your ass off for 24/7 to create space for you, is challenge, the servers were frequently attacked, he was criticized, provoked, tampered by many forces. It’s sad to say hacking gave him one new life and his fellow hackers tried taking another new life. No matter you try your best to finish him, till the time we all there you won’t finish him that’s my promise, but just a request.if you can’t help some no issues at least don’t harm them. Its cruelty to Mother Nature)

Oh! let me come back to Shree, he was very much impressed, and the word “rascal” gave him new meaning, he asked me where is this Rascal? Can we see him? I promised him one day he will be mentored by Rascal. He just giggled and asked, hey Vidhi can I hack my dad’s lappi? I was shocked and surprised. Asked him why? He said noting mush he irritates me, I just want to cause him inconvenience. My heart started beating, OH MY GOD, look at the seed of hacker in his brain, just to cause inconvenience and show his disagreement he wants to hack his father.

I asked him, if you keep on causing damage to your father will he ever be able to love him? He himself said “No.

I asked him how about you learning to protect your dad’s lappi, your mom’s email and your face book account? I could see spark in his eye and he was convinced for construction and winning the heart, that disturbing and causing inconvenience, to his loved once.

He whispered, can I be like rascal?

In reply I said “you must, …… and ‘must be rascal”.

He wanted to extend the conversation about these cyber heroes. His existence on cyber space, his security, securing country and much more. ..

While leaving he asked me, can I share this story of a RASCAL with my friends, I nod my head saying yes..

He was very much excited, I am unable express but he was just a bundle of happiness..

To break the silence, I asked him shree, do you know bond? He said yes “James Bond”

I said Nah! Bond the cyber hero,

He asked me if there is Bond and he is cyber hero then why can’t I see him.

I just replied him, you can, but to see that bond you need to come on line.

He asked me he is also a savior, and hero like my bond?

I said yes he is Cyber hero and secures our country’s cyber space.

He left my house with so much to share with his friends, but for some time I was very much quite and ambience at my house was silent.

I said to myself,

Aah! When all the heroes are discussed to set moral parameters why this heroes are missed out?

Today I started introducing them,

One day they will be talked about, with same respect, regard and proud.

It’s you all need to care for the dignity of your fellow being.

Similarities of Underground and underworld

All these days I am doing research on Hackers, their communities, their way of functioning and their life style. I noticed lots of similarities between Underworld Criminals and hackers. For example hackers and mafia’s both uses handle and they are scared to disclose their original names. Their identity is either their group or their handle.

We have so many known criminals like chota rajan who’s actual name is Rajendra Nikhalje (nana), Dawood Ibrahim (Bhai) Pav Takla (Chota shakeel) Fahim mach mach, saleem langda, Arun Gavli (daddy) Doctor is handle of Gavli Gang criminal, who use to executive crime operations with hundred percent accuracy. That’s why they use to call him Doctor. Fahim has habbit of arguing that’s why he was called ‘mach mach’. Langda has one leg short due to polio. Chota shakil has wisdom hair cut so he was named as “Pav takla” (quarter portion of head balled).

I don’t know the specific reason for Hackers having their particular handles but they are known by that. R45c4l, micr0, H4x0r, c0de crack3r,silent poison, dark l00k, nirvana, snake, d4rk code…there are number of handles of these hackers.
There are mafia communities like D company, Rajan gang, Gavli gang, Naik gang, mudliar group, haji mastan group..Harya Narya gang...these are the groups and communities of mafia’s. Their community members use nicknames both to separate insiders from outsiders and to stymie potential executions into their. They use violence strategically by planning each action by their commanders. These commanders are like admin in charges or group leaders.

Likewise Hackers too have their groups ICA, ICW, l33t (original) l33t (fake Indian idiots) AH, Punjabi hackers. PCA, Pakbugs (Pakistan)and the other side the elite groups like ICW, Garage for hackers, Anonymous, Anti sec, Nirvana, Chaos (Germany), KHG (Kosovo), Iranian cyber army, Red Army ( china) th3j35t3r…

PCA and Paksbug are Pakistani hackers group, their prime target in India and their fight is over Kashmir. They never harm or hack their own country people or group. They are Pakistani patriots. Anonymous group fight for freedom of speech, freedom of media and freedom of press. One more reason of their fight is privacy and right of common man. You won’t have a single example where they have targeted common man or business group or specially such organizations where hackers are recruited or assigned jobs. They have no website; their messages are with cause and concrete statements addressing administration and system.

KHG fights for Kosovo and freedom of their country, Anti sec against the exploits writers and antivirus companies. Iranian cyber army for the freedom of their country, they have ethics and principals. These groups are highly skilled groups with no showsha, no personal attacks, or no bad business. Most of them are with patriotism.

African hackers are like Robin Hoods they are mostly in financial crimes, carding, money laundering. Their country is poor, they lack opportunities and scope. This is how they earn their living and support many by doing charity towards community and churches.
There are some groups of hackers work for charity. 80% hackers in Indian jail are Africans.

A famous group called “Hackers for Charity”, known for their utmost contribution towards underprivileged

The original l33t hacker community and forums are against piracy, porn and corruption. They are the most educated and skilled hackers with lethal techniques. Unfortunately some Indian goons are tarnishing their image by copying the name l33t.

Recently formed Indian l33ts are the bunch of arrogant brats, born in bank corrupt families; parents are in financial scams, one of the so called l33ts father is a government employee, other ones mother is caught in scam. Some of them call themselves panther, lion, wolfs and codes. The most pathetic amongst them are Gujrat and south ones. They copied name of famous l33t group but couldn’t even reach to any of their basic qualities. There is one Face book profile of this so called l33t, I wonder how can they survive so shamelessly by copying the name of legends? They prefer to send hard-to-fake signals about their badness and their inability to fit in any part of the larger world: hence the tendency toward showing incompetence at tasks other than criminality, as seen in the recent past. Their tendency toward extreme show off and the participation in criminal events is quite peculiar. They attack all famous people and try encashing out of them. They are Indian anti-nations groups of hackers. You can see some of the same behavior in almost any new group of Indian Hackers.

The other side’s there are Mafia’s like Chota Rajan is known as patriot don, because he provides information about underworld to intelligence department. That group is never into drugs or flesh trading and fake currency. No doubt he is criminal and is on the top of most wanted list. But still his crime has not affected innocent average Indians.
D’company Indian anti-national group, they are always in favor of Pakistan and support group of Taliban. They have caused maximum loss to our country and innocent citizens by bomb blast, drug peddling, and fake currency. Harboring terrorists and murders they damaged Indian securities.

The legend groups like ICW, HMG and the original members of it, always had agenda of securing nation. They never sabotaged their country interest. They never believed in cheap defacements, and their hacks were never in quantity or random that was quality, all high profile hacks.ICW is the group even signed peace deal with Pak hackers, bur letter on the new group of hacker damaged the deal and in reaction to action even Pakistani hackers start random defacements.

As we all know Garage (G4H) is community of professionals and they don’t support hacking they only support knowledge sharing and they can’t stop anyone to register with garage as its public community. So far I have never witnessed any defacement or any hacks by garage ever, but some registered members of garage are bringing bad name to this unique group and they need to be strict over registrations.because its open group and any one can be rejistered there.

Unfortunately there are some hackers from these well known groups joined hands with the groups like Indian fake l33ts, and bypassed the ethics of hacker’s community. There is so much to write on this, but rest of it you can read in my soon to be launched Cattechie book.

One more common factor, In 2003 a journalist Tirodkar who became tipper of police and double crossing mafia’s and police had helped the mafia locate potential victims for fake encounters and to settle nefarious deals. However, later he was charge sheeted under MCOCA,and released on bail. He violated journalistic ethics to gun down criminals and expose fakes in Police department. He suffered a lot there after by police and mafias. But his faith in judiciary and his national interest got him scot free from all such clutches.

Here again I being journalist facing all odds but one day will reach to my goal by eliminating odds and antinational elements from Hackers community.

All these days I worked as political and crime correspondent in various publications. Investigations and research is my favorite subject. Detecting crime and criminals is my passion; hitting headline with crime story is my Job. Once upon a time there use to be competition between Mid-day, Afteroon and Mumbai Mirror. Those days, remaining on front page with lead crime stories was a challenge. I used to bother so many officers for info, at the same time police informers and private detectives and intelligence sources use to give me tip off to reach my goal. Please hack my server without any hesitations; your limit is nothing beyond this. You can hack, deface or even destroy the site, play sports, leave nasty messages and do whatever. I am not bothered. What happen when Ankit Fadia was hacked? You hacked one, he established another. The series went on. You are the losers, he never lost anything. Nor you could snatch anything from him.

MY business is not online, I am print media person. My bread butter is not my web site and more over, I don’t have anything there which you can make public. No worries at all. I know my blog messages are harassing you. I am the only person daring you bluntly, because I love to live without fear. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. It’s so hard when I have to, and so easy when I want to..Just love my attitude.

You can take what is not meaningful to me, you cannot reach my treasure. Fear is pain arising from the anticipation of evil. Today morning I was reading post by some so called underground hacker ;( I don’t know why they are called underground when they are very well living on this earth and that to enjoying the daylight, food, woman,wine and perhaps wealth. They may not be even aware what is burning under their buttocks. But yes they decide the good, bad and ugly. I am sure if they stand in front of mirror and look at their frustrated face they will for sure hate themselves JAnyways the post was about Ankit Fadia, his books and my blog and how the content was taken from different sources. Poor guys, god knows what they are trying to show, but let me tell you one thing here, whatever we speak, write, or vision for, is definitely a creation or expression of someone on this earth.
